Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized check-in/out services and concierge support
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas following industry sanitation standards
- Manage reservations, billing inquiries, and conflict resolution with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams for seamless operations
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera/PMS) for inventory and guest data tracking
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (if required for valet/shuttle duties)
- Basic computer literacy with reservation software experience
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
