Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in guest rooms/public areas
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Complete shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for position)
