Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and public areas following 5-star hotel protocols
- Restock amenities, toiletries, and linens to ensure premium guest experience
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment and utilize eco-friendly products
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns to management immediately
- Maintain organized supply closets and inventory management systems
- Adhere to safety procedures and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail with visual inspection skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early shifts
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Valid PA work permit and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of green cleaning practices preferred
