Responsibilities
- Deep Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms according to our high standards.
- Maintenance: Dust surfaces, vacuum and mop floors, and sanitize high-touch areas.
- Organization: Declutter and organize closets, pantries, and living spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Supply Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is maintained and safe.
- Client Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with homeowners and respecting their property.
- Adherence to Protocols: Follow strict safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a healthy environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work shifts as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Background Check: Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
