Responsibilities
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing as needed
- Organize and maintain client homes according to service specifications and checklists
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products safely and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding special requests or concerns
- Track cleaning supplies and report inventory needs to the team lead

Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required—full training provided
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Columbus area
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with potential for weekday availability
