Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Strip and make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms and fixtures.
- Stock guest rooms and common areas with amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels.
- Ensure all cleaning chemicals are used safely and stored properly according to OSHA regulations.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests or other staff members.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull furniture and cleaning equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
