Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) are fully stocked.
- Empty trash bins, sanitize surfaces, and dispose of waste according to regulations.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Respond to guest requests for extra towels, amenities, or maintenance assistance.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and hotel brand standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods with physical stamina.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs safely and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID.
