Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
- Check in/out guests, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process payments and handle cash handling procedures accurately.
- Ensure amenities are stocked and room amenities are replenished.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols and hotel policies.
- Perform light maintenance tasks and report repairs as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
