Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and sanitization of guest rooms and common areas according to hotel standards
- Stock and replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly to management
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and chemical handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless room turnover between guests
- Deliver exceptional guest service through proactive attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
