Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of residential homes (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas)
- Change linens, make beds, and organize closets to 5-star standards
- Deep clean surfaces including dusting, polishing, and sanitizing high-touch areas
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry with proper garment care techniques
- Stock household supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning products
- Follow client-specific cleaning protocols and preferences
- Report maintenance issues or special cleaning requirements promptly
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – we train everyone!
- Reliable transportation to client locations within Minneapolis metro
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Strong time management and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
