Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of residential properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Change linens, make beds, and organize living spaces to client specifications
- Sanitize surfaces, vacuum floors, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Follow safety protocols and maintain professional appearance at all times
- Communicate effectively with team leads and clients regarding special requests
Qualifications
- No prior cleaning experience required - full training provided
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to service locations across Detroit/Florida
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
- Basic English communication skills
