Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and public areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and hallways.
- Make beds and replace linens according to strict quality standards.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) and ensure rooms are fully equipped for guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the property during the night shift.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work nights (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic English language skills for communication.
