Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms
- Change linens, make beds, and organize living spaces to high standards
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry as needed
- Stock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow detailed checklists and client-specific instructions
- Communicate effectively with team leads and homeowners
- Adhere to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
Qualifications
- Must be 14-19 years old with legal work authorization
- Reliable transportation to San Jose locations
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Punctual and dependable with excellent time management
