Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas)
- Change linens, make beds, and organize closets/storage spaces
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry for client households
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products safely and effectively
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists for consistent quality
- Report maintenance issues or client requests promptly
- Maintain professional appearance and punctuality
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old (perfect for high school students)
- Reliable transportation to Boston neighborhoods
- Ability to stand/walk for 4+ hours
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- No prior experience needed – we train everything!
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Positive attitude and customer service focus
- Available weekday afternoons (3-7 PM) or weekends
