Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas)
- Change linens, make beds, and restock household supplies
- Dust surfaces, vacuum/mop floors, and sanitize high-touch areas
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions
- Manage cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain professional appearance and punctuality for all shifts
- Communicate effectively with team leads and homeowners
Qualifications
- Must be 14-19 years old (valid work permit required if under 18)
- Reliable transportation to assigned locations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
