Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of residential homes (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas)
- Perform detailed dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Change linens and make beds to hotel standards
- Organize closets, drawers, and common areas
- Follow client-specific cleaning protocols and checklists
- Report maintenance issues to supervisor promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and use eco-friendly cleaning supplies
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old (valid work permit required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to assigned locations
- No prior experience necessary - we train!
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
