Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas according to strict hygiene standards.
- Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked.
- Sanitize bathrooms, mirrors, and fixtures; restock toiletries and towels.
- Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, and empty trash receptacles regularly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and uniform requirements.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or cleaning experience required; training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push heavy cleaning carts.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
