Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Provide exceptional front-of-house service to guests, including dining assistance and concierge support.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are strictly followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations during shifts.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or food service preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
