Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout guest stays
- Manage room assignments and ensure guest requests are handled promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas and guest rooms
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Adhere to all hotel safety and operational procedures
- Assist with event setup and banquet services as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if driving required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
