Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean residential homes including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Change linens and make beds to hotel-quality standards
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry with attention to detail
- Organize and sanitize kitchens, including appliance exteriors
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floor surfaces
- Restock household supplies as needed
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Must be 15-19 years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Punctuality and consistent availability (weekends/holidays a plus)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid work permit if under 18
- No prior experience required - we train!
