Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, and sanitize surfaces according to strict hygiene standards.
- Restock toiletries, mini-bars, and cleaning supplies in guest suites.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them to the maintenance department.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding chemical handling and cleaning agents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (previous hospitality experience is a plus).
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to work location.
