Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure room supplies are fully stocked.
- Follow established cleaning checklists and safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to time management schedules to ensure timely room turnover.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not always required for urgent hires.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills.
