Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities and supplies are replenished.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and missing items immediately to management.
- Follow all established health, safety, and infection control protocols strictly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning chemicals and supplies, reporting shortages as needed.
- Interact professionally with guests and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required.
