Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Make and change beds, ensuring linens are crisp, clean, and neatly arranged.
- Maintain and organize housekeeping carts and supply closets.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the property.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper to meet guest expectations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and health regulations regarding sanitation.
- Provide a friendly and professional demeanor to all guests and visitors.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality cleanliness.
- Willingness to learn and follow established checklists and procedures.
- No prior housekeeping experience is required; we are looking for eager learners.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Basic English communication skills.
