Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Change bed linens, restock supplies, and organize guest amenities
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces using EPA-approved disinfectants
- Operate commercial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs
- Adapt to client-specific cleaning protocols and preferences
- Complete shift logs and quality assurance checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months professional cleaning/housekeeping experience
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for 4+ hours continuously
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
