Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas including lobbies and corridors.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, towels, and toiletries to ensure a fully stocked guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with company policies.
- Report maintenance issues immediately to the maintenance department or supervisor.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to time standards and quality assurance checklists.
- Handle laundry and room preparation tasks efficiently during the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) as required.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Background check required for employment.
