Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are restocked and neatly arranged.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Sort and dispose of trash and recyclables according to hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4-6 hours) and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Basic English communication skills.
