Responsibilities
- Deep Cleaning: Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Bedmaking: Ensure all linens are fresh, neatly folded, and beds are made to hotel-standard perfection.
- Restock & Supply: Monitor inventory levels of amenities and restock toiletries, paper products, and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Sanitation: Follow strict sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy and safe environment for residents and guests.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and replace liners in all assigned areas promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections to ensure all cleaning tasks meet Elite Residential Cleaning's high standards before leaving the site.
- Communication: Report any maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the property manager immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with the cleaning team and clients.
- Valid Driver's License: Required for transport between job sites.
