Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to the highest hygiene standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities.
- Empty trash bins and ensure waste disposal areas are kept clean.
- Restock cleaning supplies and chemicals as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Interact professionally with clients and maintain a friendly demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus, but training is provided.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
