Responsibilities
- General Cleaning: Perform thorough dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing of floors, walls, and fixtures in guest rooms and public areas.
- Sanitation: Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Supply Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure efficient operations.
- Inspection: Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify and rectify any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
- Guest Interaction: Interact professionally with guests and fellow staff members, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20-30 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dirt and dust to ensure a pristine environment.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and willing to follow established cleaning protocols.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
