Responsibilities
- Ensure Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Room Preparation: Make beds, arrange linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and ready for guest use.
- Restocking: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries to ensure rooms are fully equipped.
- Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Efficiency: Adhere to time management protocols to ensure rooms are turned over efficiently during high-traffic periods.
- Guest Relations: Maintain a professional demeanor and interact respectfully with guests and team members.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are happy to train the right candidates from scratch.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to maintain a consistent attendance record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dust, stains, or maintenance needs.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
