Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors and surfaces.
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet strict hygiene standards.
- Restock cleaning supplies and amenities such as soap and paper products.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all company safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents, guests, and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Reliable transportation and valid identification.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
