Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies to maintain inventory levels.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company cleaning schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Handle laundry tasks, including sorting, washing, folding, and pressing linens as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid ID or driver's license.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
