Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in residential homes (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas)
- Perform detailed dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface disinfection
- Change linens and make beds to hotel standards
- Organize closets, drawers, and common areas per client preferences
- Handle laundry services when required
- Report maintenance issues and inventory needs promptly
- Follow safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning procedures
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, or weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
