Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
- Change linens, make beds, and organize bedrooms to hotel-quality standards
- Detail clean kitchens (appliances, cabinets, floors) and bathrooms (fixtures, showers, toilets)
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adapt cleaning schedules to client preferences while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional conduct in all client properties
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to service locations across Nashville
- Flexible availability for morning/afternoon/evening shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
