Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, hallways, and common areas to company standards.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp and furniture is properly arranged.
- Sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers, with a focus on hygiene.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and shampoo upholstery as required.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, toilet paper) in guest rooms and public restrooms.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of cleaning carts and storage areas.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English proficiency for communication.
