Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Strip and make beds with precision, ensuring linens are crisp and amenities are replenished.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and showers to meet health and safety standards.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the shift.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding chemical usage and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday).
