Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Make beds with precision and replace linens, ensuring a welcoming appearance for every guest arrival.
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest suites and closets.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Management team immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding chemical handling and cleaning procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and fellow team members.
- Ensure the efficient management of time to complete assigned rooms within the allotted timeframe.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality in every task.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as required by the role.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy for logging room status and checking out supplies.
