Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and replenished.
- Remove trash and dirty linens, and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental cleaning procedures.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and staff.
- Organize closets and storage areas to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
