Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the exacting standards of The Westin brand.
- Strip beds, make beds using professional techniques, and ensure linens are crisp and clean.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) and replenish supplies to ensure guest comfort.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the engineering department.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and security policies at all times.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
