Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, answering inquiries and assisting with directions or requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
- Assist in check-in and check-out processes using hotel management software.
- Handle luggage and transport guests to and from their vehicles or rooms.
- Monitor the front desk and respond to guest needs promptly.
- Support the housekeeping team with laundry and supply management.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we train all staff.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
