Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of residential and commercial spaces, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Change linens and make beds to ensure guest and client satisfaction.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the facility or property.
- Restock cleaning supplies (toiletries, paper products, cleaning agents) to maintain inventory levels.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols strictly to ensure a healthy environment for residents and staff.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
