Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) efficiently.
- Ensure bathrooms are spotless, sanitized, and free of mold or grime.
- Empty trash cans, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all company safety protocols and cleaning procedures.
- Interact professionally with guests and maintain a positive attitude during shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
