Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Make beds and arrange linens to hotel standards, ensuring all amenities are fully stocked.
- Empty trash bins and sanitize waste areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Organize and maintain cleaning carts, storage closets, and linen rooms.
- Follow strict safety and sanitation protocols to prevent the spread of illness.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods (physical stamina required).
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
