Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are stocked and functional.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitation protocols, including the proper use of chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with clients and team members at all times.
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure every corner of the property meets our high standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Physically fit to perform heavy cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Background check and drug screening required.
