Responsibilities
- Guest Room & Common Area Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
- Bed Making & Linens: Strip beds, replace linens, and make beds according to hotel standards.
- Dusting & Vacuuming: Dust furniture, baseboards, and fixtures; vacuum carpets and hard floors efficiently.
- Restocking: Ensure amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) are fully stocked in all rooms.
- Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team immediately.
- Sanitation: Follow strict health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe workspace.
Qualifications
- Reliable Transportation: Must have access to reliable transportation to get to work.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and detail is essential.
- No Experience Required: Beginners are welcome! We train all new hires.
- Work Ethic: Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a background check.
