Responsibilities
- Cleaning Duties: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, and common areas according to company standards.
- Room Preparation: Strip, make, and prepare beds; replace linens and amenities to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Sanitation: Disinfect bathrooms, kitchenettes, and high-touch surfaces to ensure health and safety compliance.
- Inventory: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and amenities as needed.
- Report: Document maintenance issues and report any damages or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Standards: Adhere to all health, safety, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail to ensure all areas meet high cleanliness standards.
- Communication: Basic communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
