Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) and linens to ensure rooms are fully prepared for new arrivals.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the engineering department immediately.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols regarding the handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate with the front desk and laundry teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred, but full training is provided for dedicated candidates.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods without assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict quality standards.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
