Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and departure with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems.
- Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Maintaining accurate records of reservations, room assignments, and daily activities.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Processing payments and balancing daily financial reports.
- Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or hospitality management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk operations or guest services preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
