Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and dust furniture thoroughly, ensuring a spotless appearance.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and towels in guest suites.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners regularly to maintain a tidy environment.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper chemical handling and waste disposal.
- Respond promptly and courteously to special guest requests.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic applicants.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining high energy and attention to detail.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and a passion for creating welcoming spaces.
- Reliable work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs comfortably and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and kneeling.
- Fluency in English is preferred; Spanish is a bonus.
